I live and work in Italy, in an area of extraordinary beauty, between Rome, the sea of Circeo and the Riviera di Ulisse, on the doorstep of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
For more than thirty years, my home has been here, in this land rich in history and beauty, enhanced by the presence of the sea, which offers striking views and creates unique atmospheres.
Here I have gained a deep knowledge of this place and an awareness of its potential.
I have the privilege of selecting luxury and prime properties, chosen for their location, beauty, uniqueness and value.
This is my Prime Zone, identified and defined over time through my experience and my relationship with this place.
