一.團隊成員

陜西師范大學食品綠色制造與安全控制研究團隊成立于2015年,是陜西師范大學食品工程與營養科學學院的一支重要科研與教學隊伍。團隊在組長楊興斌教授帶領下,擁有5名優秀專業人才,包括教授1名、副教授2名,講師2名,師資博士后1名。團隊擁有中青年科技創新領軍人才各1人,3人有出國學習與研究經歷,形成了一支多學科交叉融合、以中青年人才為主體、自主創新能力強、富有團隊精神的高水平人才隊伍。

本研究團隊是一支科研與教學相結合、基礎與應用相結合、食品科學與化學、生命科學相結合的創新研究團隊。著力扎根西部,服務于區域經濟社會的發展。團隊將科研目光定位于關系民生、民族繁衍的食品綠色制造及食品安全控制的科學前沿問題,以高值化食品的綠色制造技術、功能(保健)食品及食品安全全程控制為發展目標,提升大眾的公共營養與食品安全科學認知水平,促進食物綠色加工安全和營養改善。目前,團隊在食品綠色加工、生物制造、食品安全檢測與控制、營養代謝與保健食品研發領域具有較強競爭力,處于國內領先地位。

.研究方向和特色

食品綠色制造主要圍繞西北及陜西大宗和特色農產品及食品的化學、營養、安全及加工開展創新研發工作。主要致力于特色農產品的營養聚集化節能減排和綜合利用的綠色精深加工、功能(保健)食品的產業化、酶學及蛋白工程產品的綠色生物制造,以及食品功能因子的分子營養,食品功能成分互作特性及分子機制等基礎理論的系統前沿研究。同時,以食品加工及生產過程中的全程安全監測與控制為發展目標,針對食品生產、加工過程中存在的農獸藥、激素、生物毒素、食物過敏原、非食用添加物、食源性致病菌等有害物質帶來的安全問題與健康風險,綜合運用多學科現代科學理論與技術,對影響食品質量安全的控制及檢測關鍵技術進行深入研究,重點在檢測技術、質量控制與典型示范三個方面開展食品中化學污染物高通量偵測技術研究,常見病原微生物檢測和溯源技術和農產品食品危害因子風險甄別與控制技術研究,創新性開發一批在線檢測技術、設備、信息系統和標準規范,并進行技術集成示范。具體幾個主要研究方向如下:

三.研究條件

團隊建設的平臺所在單位為陜西師范大學食品工程與營養科學學院,以及“陜西省食品綠色加工與安全控制”工程實驗室、教育部“藥用資源與天然藥物化學”重點實驗室和“西北瀕危藥材資源開發”國家工程實驗室。實驗室擁有GC/MS-QP2010氣-質聯用儀(GC-MS)、Agilent 6460 LC/MS 三重四級桿液質聯用儀、micrOTOF-Q III 高性能的電噴霧-四級桿-飛行時間LC/MS/MS串聯質譜儀(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)、HPLC儀5臺、半制備色譜儀1臺、ECO PHYSICS CLD66型NO儀等現代實驗儀器。

日本一道本无卡免费2團隊研究室按國家重點實驗室和國家及省部級工程中心的標準而建設,研究團隊擁有國內先進的食品化學、安全與營養研究平臺,先后建立了設備先進和管理規范的功能食品工程實驗室(含細胞實驗室和動物實驗室)、食品生物工程實驗室、食品質量與安全檢測實驗室、食品加工中試與生產示范車間四大專業研究平臺。具備食品化學、安全與營養研究以及功能食品研發轉化所需的高水平實驗評價技術平臺,滿足承擔國家和省級重大研究任務的實驗平臺需求。

四.團隊成員簡介

楊興斌,博士,陜西師范大學食品工程與營養科學學院院長、教授、博士生導師,教育部“藥用資源與天然藥物化學”重點實驗室和“西北瀕危藥材資源開發”國家工程實驗室學術帶頭人,陜西省食品綠色加工與安全控制工程實驗室主任。先后在Antioxid. Redox Signal.(IF 8.2), Am. J. Clin. Nutr. (IF 6.5), Free Radic. Biol.Med.(IF 5.7), Mol. Nutr.Food Res., PLoS ONE, J. Agric. Food Chem., Food Func., Food Chem.等SCI雜志發表論文70余篇,IF>5論文5篇,論文被SCI引用900余次,論文H-index為18。擔任《食品科學》、《食品安全質量檢測學報》、《陜西師范大學學報》、《Nutrition and Dietetics》、《International Journal of Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics》等雜志編委。兼任陜西省食品科學技術學會副理事長、陜西省營養學會副理事長。先后獲陜西省科技進步一、二等獎各1項和陜西高等學校科學技術一等獎2項,2011年獲中國食品產業產學研創新發展杰出科研人才獎,2013年獲陜西省職工優秀科技“創新人物”稱號,2014年榮獲“全國模范軍隊轉業干部”稱號及省部級勞動模范,2014年入選“陜西省中青年科技創新領軍人才”。

孔慶軍,男,1976年9月20日生,浙江大學化學專業博士,現為陜西師范大學食品工程與營養科學學院副教授、碩士生導師,2014年按“學術骨干”引進陜西師范大學。目前主持國家自然科學基金1項,參加國家自然科學基金3項,先后發表學術論文15余篇,其中SCI收錄雜志發表論文8篇。

邵紅軍:日本一道本无卡免费21977年出生,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。主持高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金新教師基金、中國博士后科學基金一等資助、陜西省農業科技攻關計劃等多項省部級項目。在國內外期刊如J Antibiot、J Sci Food Agric、 HeterocyclesHel、Chim Acta等上發表文章30余篇。

研究方向:

(1) 食藥資源化學與分子營養研究;

(2)馬鈴薯主食化食品研究與開發。

張忠,男,1987年出生,博士,講師。2015年7月博士畢業于中國科學院煙臺海岸帶研究所。2015年獲“中國科學院院長優秀獎”,主持和參加多個科研項目。近年來在J. Mater. Chem. A,ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,J. Agric. Food. Chem.等發表SCI論文17篇,其中第一作者7篇;一區論文4篇。

李照,女,1986年出生,博士,講師。2014年7月博士畢業于中國科學院化學研究所。目前主持中央高校基本科研業務費專項資金項目1項。近年來在Anal. Chem., Chem. Commun.和Biosens. Bioelectron.等國際重要期刊上發表SCI論文10余篇,還申請了三項專利。

研究方向

林德慧, 1985年出生,博士,師資博后。2015年7月博士畢業于西北農林科技大學,期間于昆士蘭大學聯合培養2年(2013/01-2015/02)。目前主持全國博士后面上項目1項、中央高校基本科研業務費專項項目1項。近年來發表學術論文8篇,其中在Bioresour. Technol.,Food Hydrocolloids,Carbohyd. Polym.等期刊發表4篇(SCI一區1篇,二區2篇,三區1篇)。

研究方向:
